Semarang, pditap.undip.ac.id, – The Faculty of Engineering Undip has awarded another doctoral degree. A researcher, book author and lecturer. Rina Kurniati, successfully defended her dissertation research. under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ir. Sugiono Soetomo, DEA (Promoter) and Prof.Dr.rer.nat.Imam Buckhori, ST as Co-Promoter 1 and Prof. Dr. Ir. Gunawan Tjahjono, M, arch, PhD as External Examiner, the lecturer of Architecture University of Indonesia (UI) nicely delivered her presentation at the Dissertation Open Examination, on Tuesday, 31 July 2018 at the Undip Postgraduate Building. Present as examiners included, Ir.M. Agung, MM.M.Sc.PhD, as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. Dr.Ir.Atiek Suprapti,MT., as Chair of the PDIAP Programme Prof.Dr.Dewi Yuliati,MA, Dr.Ing.Wisnu Pradono,St.MT. and Dr.Ir.Titien Woro Murtini,MSA.
Her dissertation entitled “Space Utilisation Based on Economic Activities and Ethnic Culture in Semarang Chinatown Area. “Dr. Ir. Rina Kurniati, MT. earned a GPA of 3.71 in her studies.
Her success added to the list of doctoral alumni in the Doctor of Architecture and Urban Studies Programme,
After the Doctoral Programme in Architecture and Urban Sciences previously graduated Rina Kurniati as the 32nd doctor.
Furthermore, a congratulation was given to promovenda from the Promoter and examiners as well as guests who attended the open session.
