Vision
The vision of the Architecture and Urban Science Doctoral Program is to become a leading study program oriented towards the discovery and development of science in the field of architecture and urban areas that contribute to national development and support UNDIP towards a research university.
This is in line with the vision of Diponegoro University and the Postgraduate Program, namely organizing and improving directed Postgraduate Program education, quality research, and integrated community service, with efforts to increase effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects of institutional life through a modern management system by optimizing existing human resources.
Mission
The mission of the Architecture and Urban Science Doctoral Program is:
Able to produce graduates who master the theory and skills needed to produce new theories, and are able to conduct research independently, with high analytical power, including those that require an interdisciplinary approach to develop new concepts in the field of architecture and urban areas.
Improve facilities and infrastructure that support quality research.
Increase cooperation with other institutions in research and development of science and technology.
The mission is in line with the mission of Diponegoro University and the Faculty of Engineering, which is to become a leader in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by continuing to develop and improve the quality of postgraduate education to produce Masters and Doctors, with Pancasila morals, quality, and able to compete globally, develop and advance Science and Technology (IPTEK) to support national development, development of social life, and national culture.
